At Invoicery Business, it is important that you, as a task-based worker, feel secure in your work situation. To ensure this, we work both preventively and systematically with workplace environment issues to create a good and safe physical, organizational, and social work environment. We always strive to inform you about the risks present in your work environment and the laws, policies, and regulations that affect you as a task-based worker. We also urge you, as a task-based worker, to always report risks, incidents, and accidents that exist or occur at your workplace.
We share the responsibility for the work environment, which means that Invoicery Business as the employer, you as the employee, and your/our client jointly ensure that the work environment is as safe as possible.
An accident is an event that has caused injury or ill health. If an accident occurs, it is important that it is reported and investigated so that necessary measures can be taken and any workplace risks identified. Near-misses, an event that could have led to injury or ill health, should also be reported for preventive purposes.
In the event of an accident, it must be reported to Invoicery Business immediately, or as soon as you are able to. As the employer, Invoicery Business is obligated to report the injury to the relevant authorities within 48 hours. It is therefore crucial that you report the incident without delay.
